How do we do it?
Our process is simple, but we’re always learning. Optimisation is an ongoing, day-in, day-out process:
- Objectives & analytics
We’ll work closely with you to understand your business objectives and KPI’s. Then we’ll make sure that everything that needs to be tracked, is being tracked.
- Research & insights
Using both qualitative and quantitative data, we’ll learn more about your audience; who they are, how (and why) they are using your website.
- Create hypotheses and testing plan
Based on the data gathered in the previous stages, we’ll come up with solutions, and prioritize them, inline with your business needs.
We’ll design, build and implement experiments. These will data driven and are always run for a minimum of 2 weeks.
- Analyse and repeat
We always learn from tests, regardless of the result. The most important thing is to analyse the data, learn from it, then go again.
